What happened
Ofsted inspected Clint Stamper Training Limited, an independent learning provider in Cockermouth, Cumbria, on 13 July 2026. The provider runs Skills Bootcamps in green skills, and 8 learners were enrolled at the time. In the report card published on 2 September 2026, Ofsted writes that leaders consider staff workload and wellbeing. It reports that trainers use artificial intelligence tools to produce resources and complete administration tasks more efficiently, which has reduced their workload. Inspectors spoke with directors, governors, trainers, employers and learners during the inspection. Ofsted gives no measure of the reduction and does not say whether the finding rests on what trainers told inspectors. The report does not name the tools or their developer. Ofsted rated the provider's leadership and governance, where the finding appears, at the expected standard.
