What happened
TLG Business Services Limited runs short pre-employment courses for sectors such as aviation and contact centers, mostly online. Ofsted inspected the provider on 15 September 2026, when 19 learners were enrolled. Ofsted published its report card on 23 October 2026 and rated leadership and governance at the expected standard. In that section, Ofsted writes that leaders support tutors to use artificial intelligence carefully. It states that this has improved the personalized feedback that tutors give learners and reduced some of their workload. The statement sits in a paragraph on staff workload and wellbeing. Ofsted does not say how it learned of the effect, and it gives no figures. The report lists conversations with learners, leaders, staff, employers, governors and external stakeholders as the inspection activities. It does not name the tool.
