AI system

Workflow

For each deed the AI system identified the applicable legal rule and possible defects. It also cross-checked the deed's data against the Cadastre's databases. A digital assistant pointed reviewers to the passages and attachments that needed further examination.

Follow-up

Conditions for replication

Human reviewers must keep their own judgment, with checks of the system's results, regular audits and staff training. Enough staff must work in the cadastral offices to clear pending deeds and objections.

Public administration (land registration).

Purpose

The Ministry of Digital Governance built the AI system to read each deed and draft a recommendation on its legal defects for the official who decides.
