What happened
Jobseekers registering with France Travail fill in a skills profile in their online space. Since November 2021, an AI system has extracted skills and experience from an uploaded CV. It proposes entries worded to fit the agency's ROME skills reference, and jobseekers keep or drop each one. The tool opened to all registered jobseekers in 2022. In observations published on 8 January 2026, the Cour des comptes listed automatic CV analysis among AI uses that have proved effective. It found that 75% of jobseekers use the tool to fill in their profiles. A footnote puts the time to complete a profile at 15 minutes against 45 without the tool. By France Travail's figures, jobseekers accepted 83.7% of the proposed skills in 2024, and 735,130 CVs were uploaded that year. The Cour does not say how the time saved was measured, and it does not describe the model.
