Between the baseline and real-time periods, time until staff assistance fell by 28.3 minutes and time on the ground fell by 29.6 minutes (95% CI 20.3 to 38.9). The share of fallers who lay on the ground for more than an hour fell from 31% (8 of 26) to none. The Journal of Medical Internet Research published the study on 17 June 2021. The design is a before and after comparison without a concurrent control group. Every author was a current or former SafelyYou employee, board member, adviser or shareholder.
